affordable. Although we accept most insurance plans,
we are often not on the “discount provider”
list distributed by your company’s insurance
carrier. If you have any questions regarding your
insurance plan and benefits, or would like to review
our financial arrangement options in advance of

You are also able to choose between a variety of
additional payment options including personal check,
major credit cards, money order, and cash—or
we can help you arrange financing. |
